Our warranty normally requires that the customer must send the bearing(s) in for inspection to receive a warranty replacement.

There is also the option of requesting and having a new set sent (all 4 bearings) without having to send them in for inspection which is $23.99 for shipping and handling.

Outlander 570 Xmr

Replaced rear bearings while changing trailing arms and within 200 miles the bearings were shot, I did not use bearing tool to grease bearings upon assembly, my fault! Contacted RMB and took the pay option and got brand new bearing set quickly and had teenage son back to riding!! Did grease bearings with 30mm tool this time and no issues yet and have over 200 miles on warranty bearings! Great service from RMB, RMB will be my go to spot for bearings!! Thanks

Rocky Mountain warranty my bearings even though it was slightly past the three year warranty period. This bearing was way better than OEM. Would buy again!

Need grease

Warranty was good but the bearings have very little grease in them .I bought the grease tool to grease them. they took 8 to 10 pumps each with one taking 12 not good

Easy and friendly warranty

First set of bearings did not last very long last time. Reinstalling warrantied bearing and hoping for better results
