Limited Warranty Coverage

Rocky Mountain Bearings warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Warranty lengths may vary depending on the product and will be clearly indicated at the time of sale. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a bearing or any type of part that you purchase from us fails during the warranty term, it can be sent in for a replacement. The warranty does not cover labor costs or shipping costs.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value, or
  • Provide an alternative of our choice which may work better for our customer

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Failures due to external factors such as corrosion, exposure to extreme environments, or improper lubrication
  • Bearings used in racing, high-impact applications, or non-standard conditions beyond their intended use

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Contact Rocky Mountain Bearings at info@rockymountainbearings.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Return the defective product, if requested, for inspection.
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for processing.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty evaluation and for receiving the replacement part.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the defective product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure, including but not limited to loss of time, labor costs, or damage to other equipment.
